EVENT CHANGES
7. Rain or Shine
The NC Canna Festival is a rain-or-shine event.
Ordinary outdoor weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, mud, or changing temperatures, do not automatically qualify an attendee for a refund.
Festival programming, locations, and operating procedures may be adjusted because of weather or safety conditions.
8. Schedule, Vendor & Programming Changes
Festival programming is subject to change.
Changes involving any of the following do not automatically create a right to a refund:
- Performers
- Vendors
- Speakers
- Experience operators
- Activity times
- Festival layout
- Experience locations
- Product or sample availability
- Promotional items
- Programming order
When reasonably possible, NC Canna Market may substitute or reschedule programming, experiences, products, or benefits.
12. Severe Weather, Emergency or Safety Closure
Severe weather, fire, public-safety conditions, government orders, venue requirements, utility failures, emergencies, or other circumstances outside the Organizer's reasonable control may require the Festival to:
- Delay opening
- Pause operations
- Restrict entry or re-entry
- Relocate activities
- Cancel individual activities
- Close portions of the property
- End programming early
- Postpone the Festival
- Cancel the Festival
If the Festival has substantially begun and later must pause or close because of an emergency or safety condition, refunds are not automatic.
Any refund, credit, partial refund, or other accommodation will be determined based on the circumstances, the portion of the Festival provided, and applicable law.
13. Legal or Government Restrictions
If a change in law, government action, regulatory requirement, or venue restriction makes the Festival or a particular activity legally prohibited, NC Canna Market may modify, suspend, relocate, postpone, or cancel the affected activity.
If the entire Festival becomes legally prohibited and cannot be rescheduled, eligible paid attendee purchases will be handled as a full Festival cancellation.
If only a specific paid activity is legally prohibited, the purchaser will be eligible for the applicable refund or replacement for that activity only.
